Monthly charges:
$12 per month for up to one megabyte of web space (which is probably much more than you'll ever need)
take 75% off of this charge (equiv. of $3 per month) if you pay for the entire year in advance [charges are pro-rated for megabyte space over 1 megabyte]

supplied by you on disk: $15 for up to 500 words and 2¢ per word thereafter
supplied by you as type written manuscript: $25 for up to 500 words and 5¢ per word thereafter
supplied by you hand written: $45 for up to 500 words and 8¢ per word thereafter
supplied by you on a napkin: $50 per hour
writing: $150 for a 1-1/2 hour interview to write 500 words; 20¢ per word thereafter
Above text costs include: manuscript turn-around for your approval plus minor changes; copy that you wish to be in column format: 30¢ per line; if there are major changes, price may have to be re-negotiated and likely be billed at $50/hour
Photographs:
photographs you supply: $15 for the first photograph / $12 for every photo after that [fee includes scanning and linking, via html code, to your text file]
if photography is required: $85 (plus travel expenses) for an on-site camera shoot [price includes film processing]
